When does the stadium open?
15 October 2026 is the guide date — the first official match, CSKA against Monaco in the Conference League. There is no official fixture list yet; the date changes the moment UEFA publishes the draw. The build is tracked on Construction.
How many seats does the new Bulgarska Armia have?
18 540 for a domestic match and 16 819 under UEFA rules. Some of the sector figures were announced by the club, the rest are our estimate — which is which is marked on The Stadium.
Is this an official site?
No. An independent supporters’ guide, with no connection to PFC CSKA, to the stadium’s owner or operator, or to any ticketing platform. Every number here has a stated source.
How can I tell what the view from my seat will be?

How do I get there?
3 Dragan Tsankov Blvd, in Borisova Gradina. The nearest stop is “Vasil Levski Stadium”, about 340 m away. The ground has no car park of its own — it is built for arriving by public transport. More on The Stadium.
