Sector Г has folding seats. For a league match they stay up and the stand watches on its feet. For a UEFA match they come down and the away section shrinks — 1,721 places between the two.

  1. Capacity

    18 540 / 16 819 seats

Two capacities. 18 540 for domestic matches, when sector Г stands with its seats folded up; 16 819 for UEFA matches, when the seats come down and the away section shrinks. Earlier reports gave 17 376 and 18 502 — those predate the split into two modes.

  2. VIP

    28 boxes · 20 gold, 8 platinum

    In sector А, above the seating. Gold hold 12 – 24 people, Platinum 10 – 12, between 37 and 53 sq m, with a private terrace. A season costs €100 000 – €180 000.

  3. Sector В

    4 742 / 4 640 seats

Tip-up seats meeting UEFA requirements. The first figure is for a domestic match, the second under UEFA.

    stadium.cska.bg

  4. Sector Г

    5 617 / 4 835 seats

The largest sector. The gap of 782 comes from the seats that stay folded up for domestic matches, with the stand on its feet.

    stadium.cska.bg

  5. Sector Б

    5 440 / 4 503 seats

Split in two: a home section of 3 482 / 3 461 and an away section of 1 958 / 1 042. The away part nearly halves under UEFA.

  6. Sector А derived

    2 741 / 2 841 seats

Falls out as the remainder of the announced totals. This is where the four premium zones sit — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum — which is why it holds the fewest ordinary seats of any sector.

How it is laid out

The drawing is not a rendering. It is computed from the same figures as every number on this site — arrangement and scale, not colours or finishes.

Б 5 440 В 4 742 А 2 741 Г 5 617 Б 4 503 В 4 640 А 2 841 Г 4 835 Б 15 € В 25 – 30 € А 50 – 180 € Г 15 €

Every sector at its domestic figure. Sector Г carries most of the difference — its seats fold up and the stand watches on its feet.

The same bowl under UEFA rules: the seats come down in Г and the away section in Б nearly halves.

The same bowl coloured by the price of a match ticket. Behind the goals is cheapest, the main stand dearest.

Sector А, from the roof down

The place

3 Dragan Tsankov Blvd, Borisova Gradina, 1164 Sofia

“Pustinyana”, Borisova Gradina · Sredets district “Vasil Levski Stadium” — about 340 m, roughly six minutes on foot

The stadium sits inside a park. There is no parking around it — public transport or walking is both quicker and easier.

Buses 76, 84 and 184 · Trolleybuses 4, 5, 8 and 11 · Source: visitsofia.bg

No parking, on purpose

The new ground has no parking of its own. UEFA’s rules would call for roughly 1,600 spaces at a capacity of 16,000; the design provides none. The club is counting on the car parks around the National Stadium and the “Vasil Levski Stadium” metro station, and has said it expects people to come by public transport rather than by car; later metro services on match days have also been discussed.
