What it is
Four sectors, every seat under roof. Two numbers for who fits — because one stand sometimes watches on its feet.
18 540
domestic match
16 819
UEFA match
−1 721 between the two
Sector Г has folding seats. For a league match they stay up and the stand watches on its feet. For a UEFA match they come down and the away section shrinks — 1,721 places between the two.
Capacity
18 540 / 16 819 seats
Two capacities. 18 540 for domestic matches, when sector Г stands with its seats folded up; 16 819 for UEFA matches, when the seats come down and the away section shrinks. Earlier reports gave 17 376 and 18 502 — those predate the split into two modes.

VIP
28 boxes · 20 gold, 8 platinum
In sector А, above the seating. Gold hold 12 – 24 people, Platinum 10 – 12, between 37 and 53 sq m, with a private terrace. A season costs €100 000 – €180 000.

Sector В
4 742 / 4 640 seats
Tip-up seats meeting UEFA requirements. The first figure is for a domestic match, the second under UEFA.
stadium.cska.bg
Sector Г
5 617 / 4 835 seats
The largest sector. The gap of 782 comes from the seats that stay folded up for domestic matches, with the stand on its feet.
stadium.cska.bg
Sector Б
5 440 / 4 503 seats
Split in two: a home section of 3 482 / 3 461 and an away section of 1 958 / 1 042. The away part nearly halves under UEFA.

Sector А derived
2 741 / 2 841 seats
Falls out as the remainder of the announced totals. This is where the four premium zones sit — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum — which is why it holds the fewest ordinary seats of any sector.

The drawing is not a rendering. It is computed from the same figures as every number on this site — arrangement and scale, not colours or finishes.
Every sector at its domestic figure. Sector Г carries most of the difference — its seats fold up and the stand watches on its feet.
The same bowl under UEFA rules: the seats come down in Г and the away section in Б nearly halves.
The same bowl coloured by the price of a match ticket. Behind the goals is cheapest, the main stand dearest.

Meant to work on days without a match too.
Interactive museum
The club museum sits on the upper level, connected directly to the shop.
Club shop
A large area on level 0 that continues onto the floor above.
VIP area and skyboxes
Private rooms with a direct view of the pitch. 20 boxes and 272 VIP seats have been announced.

Children’s sector
An indoor space with an animator and a view of the pitch — so a child can come to a match and enjoy it.
Multifunction halls
For cultural and business events on non-match days.
Undersoil heating
A system to warm the turf — football in the cold.
Screens and sound
Several screens and an entirely new sound system.

What the club showed in its own walkthrough — once you are inside.
the North Stand
This is where the ultras stand. The seats are folding metal — for league matches they go up and the stand watches on its feet.
There are places for disabled supporters in both corners. A lifting system for choreography is tied into the roof structure. In front of the stand sits the “Amphitheatre” — a stepped, freely accessible space recreating the old look of the sector, facing a large video wall on the facade.
The long side opposite the main stand. Folding polyethylene seats, meeting UEFA’s fire and strength standards.
Split into a home section and a segregated away section, as UEFA and the Bulgarian federation require.
The main stand runs to four levels. Bronze and Silver hold seats below; the boxes sit above them.
In Silver the catering is included in the price of the card or ticket. The Platinum terrace carries three television camera platforms, and at the end towards sector Б sit the control room and a television studio looking onto the pitch.

Four zones stacked. The fewest ordinary seats of any sector, because most of the height is boxes, hospitality and a restaurant.

Gold

Silver

Bronze

28 boxes in total, 10 – 24 seats each.
Sources differ: Sources differ on box size: some say 12 – 18 seats, others 10 – 12 for Platinum and 12 – 24 for Gold. The total of 28 is repeated everywhere.
Prices leaked in May 2026. The club then said it would revise them. A guide, not a price list.
The same prices sit on the drawing — switch it to “Ticket price”.
Sector А is split into Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. The last two include skyboxes holding between 10 and 24.
Sources differ: Sources disagree on the number of boxes: earlier reports give 20 boxes and 272 VIP seats, the pricing reports give 28 skyboxes. Both are recorded here.

The stadium sits inside a park. There is no parking around it — public transport or walking is both quicker and easier.

No parking, on purpose
The new ground has no parking of its own. UEFA’s rules would call for roughly 1,600 spaces at a capacity of 16,000; the design provides none. The club is counting on the car parks around the National Stadium and the “Vasil Levski Stadium” metro station, and has said it expects people to come by public transport rather than by car; later metro services on match days have also been discussed.
